These Terms of Service govern the use of the Amoria mobile application and platform ("Service"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. General Provisions

Amoria is an online educational platform that provides video courses, meditations, live streams, and other educational content.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date.

2. Account Registration

Accounts are created via phone number, email, Google, or Apple account.
Verification via one-time password (OTP) is required.
You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with others.
Each person may only create one account.

3. Use of Service

You may use the Service for the following purposes:

Viewing and studying courses
Listening to meditations and audio content
Participating in live streams
Contacting customer support
Communicating with other users in the community

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited and may result in account suspension:

Insulting, threatening, or harassing other users
Unauthorized distribution, copying, or reselling of purchased courses
Actions that interfere with the app's operation (hacking, DDoS, etc.)
Creating fake accounts or registering under someone else's identity
Uploading illegal, pornographic, or violent content
Sending spam or advertising messages
Exploiting security vulnerabilities in the app

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All courses, videos, images, and other materials are the property of Amoria or content creators.
When you purchase a course, you receive a personal use license. This is not a transfer of ownership.
Copying, recording, distributing, or commercial use of content is prohibited.
Users are responsible for content they upload (posts, comments).

6. Access to Content

Amoria offers free and premium educational content.
Some content may require a subscription to access.
Subscription plans: Free, Basic, Premium, Enterprise.
Premium content becomes restricted after subscription expiration.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time — remains active until the end of the current period.

7. Live Stream Rules

Respectful behavior during live streams is mandatory
Broadcasting illegal or inappropriate content is prohibited
Amoria reserves the right to stop any live stream at any time

10. Content Reporting

Users can report inappropriate or harmful content through the following methods:

Tapping the report button available on any user-generated content
Contacting support@amoria.uz with details of the violation
Submitting a report through the in-app support chat

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Confirmed violations result in immediate content removal and potential account suspension.

11. Account Suspension and Deletion

You can delete your account at any time: Profile → Settings → Delete Account
After deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days
Amoria may suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice
Payments are not refunded for accounts suspended due to violations

12. Limitation of Liability

Amoria provides the service on an "as is" basis
We are not liable for technical failures or temporary interruptions
We are not liable for disputes between users
We are not liable for issues related to third-party payment systems
We are not liable for failure to achieve expected results from courses

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

14. Platform-Specific Terms

Apple App Store users: These Terms of Service supplement Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In case of conflict, Apple's EULA shall prevail for matters within Apple's scope.

Google Play users: These terms comply with Google Play's Developer Distribution Agreement and User Terms of Service.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app in advance. By continuing to use the service after changes are published, you agree to the new terms.

Foydalanish shartlari

Oxirgi yangilanish: 2026-yil, 27-mart

Ushbu foydalanish shartlari Amoria mobil ilovasi va platformasidan ("Xizmat") foydalanish qoidalarini belgilaydi. Ilovadan foydalanish orqali siz ushbu shartlarga rozilik bildirasiz.

1. Umumiy qoidalar

Amoria — bu onlayn ta'lim platformasi bo'lib, video kurslar, meditatsiyalar, jonli efirlar va boshqa ta'lim kontentini taqdim etadi.
Xizmatdan foydalanish uchun 13 yoshdan katta bo'lishingiz kerak.
Ro'yxatdan o'tish paytida taqdim etgan ma'lumotlaringiz to'g'ri va dolzarb bo'lishi shart.

2. Hisobni ro'yxatdan o'tkazish

Hisob telefon raqami, elektron pochta, Google yoki Apple akkaunt orqali yaratiladi.
Bir martalik parol (OTP) orqali tasdiqlash talab etiladi.
Hisobingiz xavfsizligi uchun siz javobgarsiz. Parolingizni boshqalar bilan baham ko'rmang.
Bitta shaxs faqat bitta hisob yaratishi mumkin.

3. Xizmatdan foydalanish

Siz quyidagi maqsadlarda foydalanishingiz mumkin:

Kurslarni ko'rish va o'rganish
Meditatsiya va audio kontentni tinglash
Jonli efirlarda qatnashish
Qo'llab-quvvatlash xizmatiga murojaat qilish
Hamjamiyatda boshqa foydalanuvchilar bilan muloqot qilish

4. Taqiqlangan harakatlar

Quyidagi harakatlar taqiqlanadi va hisobingiz bloklanishiga olib kelishi mumkin:

Boshqa foydalanuvchilarni haqorat qilish, tahdid qilish yoki bezovta qilish
Sotib olingan kurslarni ruxsatsiz tarqatish, ko'chirish yoki qayta sotish
Ilovaning ishlashiga xalaqit beradigan harakatlar (hacking, DDoS va h.k.)
Soxta hisob yaratish yoki boshqa shaxs nomidan ro'yxatdan o'tish
Noqonuniy, pornografik yoki zo'ravonlik kontentini yuklash
Spam yoki reklama xabarlarini jo'natish
Ilovadagi xavfsizlik zaifliklaridan foydalanish

5. Kontent va intellektual mulk

Barcha kurslar, videolar, rasmlar va boshqa materiallar Amoria yoki kontent yaratuvchilari mulkidir.
Kursni sotib olganingizda sizga shaxsiy foydalanish huquqi beriladi. Bu mulkchilik huquqi emas.
Kontentni ko'chirish, yozib olish, tarqatish yoki tijorat maqsadida ishlatish taqiqlanadi.
Foydalanuvchilar yuklagan kontent (postlar, sharhlar) uchun o'zlari javobgar.

6. Kontentga kirish

Amoria bepul va premium ta'lim kontentini taklif etadi.
Ba'zi kontentga kirish uchun obuna talab etilishi mumkin.
Obuna rejalari: Free, Basic, Premium, Enterprise.
Obuna muddati tugagandan so'ng premium kontent cheklanadi.
Obunani istalgan vaqtda bekor qilish mumkin — joriy davr oxirigacha amal qiladi.

7. Jonli efir qoidalari

Jonli efir paytida hurmatli munosabatda bo'lish majburiy
Noqonuniy yoki nomaqbul kontentni efirga uzatish taqiqlanadi
Amoria jonli efirni istalgan vaqtda to'xtatish huquqini saqlab qoladi

10. Kontentni shikoyat qilish

Foydalanuvchilar nomaqbul yoki zararli kontent haqida quyidagi usullar orqali xabar berishi mumkin:

Har qanday foydalanuvchi kontentidagi shikoyat tugmasini bosish
support@amoria.uz ga qoidabuzarlik tafsilotlari bilan yozish
Ilova ichidagi qo'llab-quvvatlash chat orqali hisobot yuborish

Barcha shikoyatlar 24 soat ichida ko'rib chiqiladi. Tasdiqlangan qoidabuzarliklar natijasida kontent darhol o'chiriladi va hisob bloklanishi mumkin.

11. Hisobni to'xtatish va o'chirish

Siz hisobingizni istalgan vaqtda o'chirishingiz mumkin: Profil → Sozlamalar → Hisobni o'chirish
Hisob o'chirilgandan so'ng barcha ma'lumotlar 30 kun ichida qaytarib bo'lmas tarzda o'chiriladi
Foydalanish shartlarini buzgan holda Amoria hisobni ogohlantirmasdan bloklashi mumkin
Bloklangan foydalanuvchi to'lovlari qaytarilmaydi (qoidabuzarlik sababli)

11. Javobgarlikni cheklash

Amoria xizmatni "mavjud holati"da taqdim etadi
Texnik nosozliklar yoki vaqtinchalik uzilishlar uchun javobgar emas
Foydalanuvchilar o'rtasidagi nizolar uchun javobgar emas
Uchinchi tomon to'lov tizimlari bilan bog'liq muammolar uchun javobgar emas
Kurslar natijasida kutilgan natijaga erishilmasligi uchun javobgar emas

12. Amaldagi qonunchilik

Ushbu shartlar O'zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligiga muvofiq tartibga solinadi. Nizolar muzokaralar orqali hal etiladi. Kelishuvga erishilmagan taqdirda nizo O'zbekiston Respublikasi sudlari tomonidan ko'rib chiqiladi.

13. Platforma shartlari

Apple App Store foydalanuvchilari: Ushbu foydalanish shartlari Apple'ning Standart Foydalanuvchi Litsenziya Shartnomasi (EULA) ni to'ldiradi. EULA: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Google Play foydalanuvchilari: Ushbu shartlar Google Play'ning Developer Distribution Agreement va foydalanuvchi shartlariga muvofiq.

14. Shartlarga o'zgartirish kiritish

Biz ushbu foydalanish shartlarini istalgan vaqtda yangilash huquqini saqlab qolamiz. Muhim o'zgarishlar haqida ilova orqali oldindan xabar beramiz. O'zgarishlar e'lon qilinganidan so'ng xizmatdan foydalanishni davom ettirsangiz, yangi shartlarga rozilik bildirilgan hisoblanadi.

Настоящие Условия использования регулируют использование мобильного приложения и платформы Amoria («Сервис»). Используя приложение, вы соглашаетесь с данными условиями.

1. Общие положения

Amoria — это образовательная онлайн-платформа, предоставляющая видеокурсы, медитации, прямые эфиры и другой образовательный контент.
Для использования Сервиса вам должно быть не менее 13 лет.
Информация, предоставленная при регистрации, должна быть достоверной и актуальной.

2. Регистрация аккаунта

Аккаунт создаётся через номер телефона, электронную почту, Google или Apple аккаунт.
Требуется подтверждение через одноразовый пароль (OTP).
Вы несёте ответственность за безопасность вашего аккаунта. Не сообщайте пароль другим лицам.
Один человек может создать только один аккаунт.

3. Использование сервиса

Вы можете использовать Сервис в следующих целях:

Просмотр и изучение курсов
Прослушивание медитаций и аудиоконтента
Участие в прямых эфирах
Обращение в службу поддержки
Общение с другими пользователями в сообществе

4. Запрещённые действия

Следующие действия запрещены и могут привести к блокировке аккаунта:

Оскорбление, угрозы или преследование других пользователей
Несанкционированное распространение, копирование или перепродажа купленных курсов
Действия, нарушающие работу приложения (хакинг, DDoS и т.д.)
Создание поддельных аккаунтов или регистрация от имени другого лица
Загрузка незаконного, порнографического или содержащего насилие контента
Рассылка спама или рекламных сообщений
Использование уязвимостей безопасности приложения

5. Контент и интеллектуальная собственность

Все курсы, видео, изображения и другие материалы являются собственностью Amoria или создателей контента.
При покупке курса вы получаете лицензию на личное использование. Это не передача права собственности.
Копирование, запись, распространение или коммерческое использование контента запрещено.
Пользователи несут ответственность за загруженный ими контент (посты, комментарии).

6. Доступ к контенту

Amoria предлагает бесплатный и премиум образовательный контент.
Для доступа к некоторому контенту может потребоваться подписка.
Тарифные планы: Free, Basic, Premium, Enterprise.
После окончания подписки премиум-контент становится ограниченным.
Подписку можно отменить в любое время — она остаётся активной до конца текущего периода.

7. Правила прямых эфиров

Уважительное поведение во время прямых эфиров обязательно
Трансляция незаконного или неприемлемого контента запрещена
Amoria оставляет за собой право остановить любой прямой эфир в любое время

10. Жалобы на контент

Пользователи могут сообщить о неприемлемом или вредоносном контенте следующими способами:

Нажав кнопку жалобы на любом пользовательском контенте
Написав на support@amoria.uz с описанием нарушения
Отправив жалобу через чат поддержки в приложении

Все жалобы рассматриваются в течение 24 часов. Подтверждённые нарушения приводят к немедленному удалению контента и возможной блокировке аккаунта.

11. Приостановка и удаление аккаунта

Вы можете удалить аккаунт в любое время: Профиль → Настройки → Удалить аккаунт
После удаления все данные безвозвратно удаляются в течение 30 дней
Amoria может заблокировать аккаунт за нарушение условий без предварительного уведомления
Платежи за заблокированные аккаунты (из-за нарушений) не возвращаются

11. Ограничение ответственности

Amoria предоставляет сервис «как есть»
Мы не несём ответственность за технические сбои или временные перебои
Мы не несём ответственность за споры между пользователями
Мы не несём ответственность за проблемы, связанные со сторонними платёжными системами
Мы не несём ответственность за недостижение ожидаемых результатов от курсов

13. Применимое законодательство

Настоящие условия регулируются законодательством Республики Узбекистан. Споры разрешаются путём переговоров. При недостижении соглашения спор рассматривается судами Республики Узбекистан.

14. Условия платформ

Пользователи Apple App Store: Настоящие условия дополняют Стандартное лицензионное соглашение Apple (EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Пользователи Google Play: Настоящие условия соответствуют Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement и пользовательским условиям.

15. Изменение условий

Мы оставляем за собой право обновлять настоящие Условия использования в любое время. О существенных изменениях мы уведомим через приложение заблаговременно. Продолжая пользоваться сервисом после публикации изменений, вы соглашаетесь с новыми условиями.
